1 Introduction and Purpose

jit99 is a digital gaming platform offering live casino games, slot games, football betting, and other entertainment games for players in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between users ("Player") and us, covering the jit99 platform ("Website") and all related services.

This website is intended for players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using the website. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

2 Account Opening and Registration

2.1 Account Eligibility

• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• The player must be a person who is legally permitted to access online gambling under the laws of their country or place of residence.
• A player may only hold one personal account at any one time.
• Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their account login details (username and password) confidential. Third parties are not permitted to play from a player's account. If we find that a third party has accessed an account without the player's consent, we may immediately suspend or close that account.

2.3 Identity / Single Account Verification

jit99 may verify a player's personal information at any time. Players must cooperate with such checks and submit any documents requested. Failure to do so may result in the account being suspended or closed.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though it may take longer when verification checks are in progress.

• All withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering checks, which are a standard part of our process.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds will only be processed once the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Payment Fees

jit99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, any fees charged by payment service providers (banks, KBZPay, etc.) are the player's responsibility.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jit99 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

• The bonus amount must be wagered x20 (20 times) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Example — if you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a total of 1,520,000 Ks. You must wager 500,000 × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Once the welcome bonus has been claimed, the deposit cannot be reversed.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds or related winnings before the wagering requirements are met, we reserve the right to cancel the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings. Bonus funds are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. If the wagering requirements are not completed within this period, the bonus amount will be forfeited.

4.3 Other Promotions

Limited-time promotions, free credit bonuses, and cashback offers may carry their own terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside each promotion. Where the terms of a specific promotion conflict with this agreement, the promotion terms will take precedence.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jit99 is committed to providing a fair and safe environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated playing methods
• Bonus abuse — attempting to convert a bonus through low-risk or pattern-based play with no genuine intent to gamble
• Opening more than one account or playing using a third party's account
• Money laundering or any fraudulent financial activity
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability that could manipulate the gaming environment
• Deceiving, pressuring, or fraudulently misleading other players in any communication or transaction

If we find that these prohibitions have been violated, we may close the account without a refund, and if we find any attempt to exploit remaining balances, we may close those as well.

6 VIP Levels & Cashback

jit99 has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As your play volume increases, your level goes up and so does your cashback rate:

• Bronze — earn up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — earn up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold — earn up to 1.2% cashback per week

Cashback is processed weekly and added directly to your account. Specific wagering requirements may apply to cashback, and these will be stated in the promotion terms.

7 Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection

All designs, logos, software, game content, promotional text, and data on the jit99 website are the property of jit99 or its affiliated game providers. Players may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any of that content without our prior written permission.

8 Security & Privacy Protection

Player data will not be sold to third parties for advertising purposes. It will only be disclosed when required by law.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal terms before closure. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by jit99

If a player violates this agreement, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in any way that harms the platform, we reserve the right to suspend or close their account without prior notice. Any remaining balance will be handled based on the circumstances.

10 Limitation of Liability

jit99 is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues, or any other event beyond the player's control.

Players accept full responsibility for all their own gaming decisions and understand that the outcomes of games provided on the platform are not under jit99's control.
